At PMPL, significant importance is given to all processes that enable the smooth functioning of the organization. Right from the Physical layout of our plants, Furniture and Fixtures installed at our facilities to the Human Resource policies being pursued and the Management Systems introduced, everything is made to be consistent with various local and statutory requirements, AQL & ISO Systems and social audit requirements of various large Importers in Europe and North America.

All products manufactured at PMPL comply with Social, Ethical, Human and Environment friendly requirements. In order to achieve this all our processes have been designed to follow the social and safety standards set in various International, National and Local laws.

Our hiring processes also have been streamlined to meet these guidelines including no employing child labor and forced labor under any circumstances. No discrimination in wages & benefits among employees and each employee performance shall be measured purely based on their ability without considering gender, race, age, color, national origin, disability, veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation, religious or cultural beliefs.

With regard to aspects of safety, we provide our employees with all the necessary safety equipments & necessary ongoing training and a healthy environment to ensure a safe working.
