Safety Standards
One of our primary goals is to ensure the safety of the workforce working in each of our respective clothing manufacturing factories. To achieve this, we ensure that all safety measures are in place and are adhered to religiously by all members of our staff and management.
Some of the critical safety measures that we undertake at our premises are listed below:
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipments) for employees working on the machines like Safety Guards (which comprises of Needle Guard, Eye Guard, Pulley Guard, Motor Guard), Masks, Metal Gloves For Cutters and Rubber Gloves for Stain Removing.
- Fire Alarm Systems for quick evacuation and Fire Extinguishers to fight against any fire emergency. Employees are given training on fire drills and also on how to operate the Extinguishers.
- Fire evacuation plans put up at each emergency exit door and on each floor for faster evacuation of the premises in case of an emergency.
- All Firefighters, First Aid trained personnel, Housekeepers and Maintenance employees equipped with jackets in different colours for easy identification during any emergency/crisis.
- Public Address Systems to make announcements on all floors.
- Rubber Mats installed at all Iron Operators, Fusing Machines and near all Panel Boards.
- Panel Board/Electric Meters covered by Mesh to avoid unauthorised usage and handling.
- Emergency and Exit lights at all entrances/exits, at the staircase and on the floors to ease movement during a power failure.
- All passages free of obstacles, aisles marked for unrestricted movement and all exits marked and always kept open.
